- What is 'Cutter Fan (Agitator)' ?

Cutter Fan (Agitator) is the fan installed at the bottom of shaft to agitate the solids settled on the bottom with the water.
When the solid is settled at the bottom, it is difficult to move the solid only by the suction force.
In case this condition is continued, the solid tend to gather around the inlet and cause trouble of operation.The Cutter Fan (Agitator) mixes the settled solids with water and it makes the mixture to be sucked into the inlet easily. It is able to move the solids with water continuously into the casing of the pump.
The sediment around the inlet shall be lessen by the agitation of the Cutter Fan (Agitator) and operation can be continued with additional inflow of solids.
- What is the difference between the Submersible Agitator Sand Pump and the other pumps?

The general submersible pumps are designed and manufactured for the transportation of wasted water without solids. When the solids mixed into the water, the parts of pump section are worn badly and its lifetime shall be extremely short.
